Protection, framed by default?
Weclimb exists so that neither side has to negotiate to get respected. Your money stays with the platform until the session has actually been delivered, and if something goes wrong, you can open a claim any time. Refunds follow a public schedule, and a video recording can be kept as proof if needed. Your coach never sees your email, phone number or socials: the relationship stays on the platform, your anonymity is preserved. GDPR and European consumer rights apply.

Q01How do I get access to Weclimb?
Weclimb is in launch phase. Join the waitlist with your Lowdout account to get notified as soon as it opens.
Q02How much does it cost?
The player dashboard is free. Coaching services are paid and pricing is set by each coach. Weclimb charges a sliding platform commission from 15% down to 9% based on the coach's tier, plus a player service fee of 5% + €0.50 at payment.
Q03What happens if a session does not take place?
If the coach fails to show without reason, you are refunded automatically. A player cancellation more than 24 hours before the session is refunded 100%, between 2 and 24 hours 50%, under 2 hours 0%.
Q04How are no-shows detected?
The platform knows whether you and the coach joined the video room. Past 15 minutes without connection, the absence is recorded. Sanctions apply based on recurrence.
Q05What happens to my session recording?
When a session is recorded, the recording is reserved for you for a limited time. It serves as your personal trace and as proof in case of dispute. GDPR-compliant.
Q06How does Weclimb prevent AI-generated reviews?
If you suspect a review was AI-generated, you can open a claim directly from the session. Every report is reviewed, refunds follow the public schedule, and any coach convicted of fraud is banned from the platform.
Q07How do I become a coach on Weclimb?
You sign the coach contract first, then complete four steps: your coaching profile, your billing and tax residence details, connecting your Riot account plus at least one creator account (Twitch, YouTube or X), and finally your written application. Every application is read by hand. You get an answer within 48 hours, and your coach workspace opens once you are approved.
